Prices are quoted per room per night and include VAT as well as Arden's full Scottish breakfast and our continental range from the cold trolley
We accept Visa and MasterCard and British debit cards as well as cash. You can pay in Euros too! please advise in advance
Guarantee Policy: the room must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a valid debit/credit card. We also require an approximate arrival time and contact phone number.
Cancelation Policy: please notify us by 1pm 48 hours prior to arrival if you wish to cancel your booking in order to avoid a one night room charge.
The Arden Guest House offers single, twin and double accommodation and seven of our ten bedrooms are en-suite. All rooms have freeview digital tv, courtesy tray including tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits and sweets, towels and hair dryers. An iron/board is available on request as are laundry facilities.
